Vast Equipment and Truck Sales began in 1999 selling automobiles, later broadening into the commercial truck, heavy equipment and trailer market. The company was founded by its owner, Allan Watson, that came from a long time family owned construction business that specialized in earth moving and site development. Being around earth moving equipment and heavy trucks has been a life long experience.
Vast Equipment and Truck Sales has been exporting commercial trucks and heavy equipment all over the world for many years. We have all the experience and knowledge needed to ship to any ports all over the globe. From transportation to port, shipping from port to port, all required shipping documents and financing through EXIM, we can take care of our export clients from start to finish in a very timely manner.
We continue to service our US customers with all of their needs as well. We can assist with transporting your purchases to all states across the US as well as Canada. Payment and terms of each sale will depend on the item! Depending on where you purchase here are the Terms and Conditions:
All sales are final! Full payment is due at time of purchase or before delivery. We reserve the right to charge a doc fee of $489 for equipment/vehicles/commercial trucks and $179 for trailers per item sold. We accept cash, certified checks and wire transfers. Certified checks must clear our bank before shipment or titles are released. If you pay with a personal or business check, the check must clear before you can pick up any item. We require 10 days for certified or personal checks to clear.
We also accept credit cards but for deposits only! Holding deposits may be made in the form of any payment method. We will hold any item for sale with a 15% holding deposit which is non refundable. Holding deposits are used to hold an item until you can view try out or close the sale of an item. If you choose not to purchase, we cannot refund deposits, due to the fact that we have held the item for you and may have missed an opportunity to sell the item to another buyer.
The total amount of deposit will be agreed upon between salesman and customer and is due after signing the partial payment Contract. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the partial payment is non-refundable. The partial payment and unit will be held for a period of five (5) business days from the date partial payment is made. If the Client decides to cancel or does not proceed with the purchase of the unit within the 5-day hold period, the partial payment will be forfeited. The dealership has all rights to sell the truck before said date. In turn the partial payment will be refunded.
All shipping is at the buyers expense and must be paid in full before shipment. No items have warranty or certification unless disclosed in buyers order. Everyone has their own opinion about conditions of truck and equipment. We try to look things over and make sure to describe them accurately. We may miss things from time to time so we encourage you to come in and try out and view the item you are invested in. If we ship an item sight unseen, we do not warranty the condition of that item. There are no refunds or exchanges. All times are sold AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRANTY AND ARE NOT CERTIFIED. Thank you for your understand and cooperation.
